When you hear the phrase self-care, what pops into your head? Bubble baths? Yoga mats? Journals stacked high on a nightstand?
For me, music has always been part of the conversation. But lately I’ve been wondering... is live music really self-care?
So at Party in The Park (put on by The BLOX), I set up a booth with a sign that read:
“Live music isn’t self-care. Change my mind.”
And then I hit record.
