Everyone talks about gratitude.
You hear that it can change your brain. Improve your mood. Maybe even add years to your life.
After hearing that enough times, I started wondering if any of it actually holds up in real life.
So I tried it.
For 100 days straight, I practiced gratitude every day to see what would happen.
